Night Time Computer was originally founded in 2009. Like any growing business, we in the past have struggled through some growing pains. But as time continues on, our processes and procedures continue to evolve into what makes us a quite functional enterprise. From the beginning, our mission has always been to be Kent Island's first choice in computer repair and service because we know what we're doing and WE CARE.

A Word About Customer Service

Small town is about the only place where customer service seems to have a presence. Who remembers growing up and seeing the gas station attendants rush out to the car, juice the tires, clean the windows, check the oil? Anymore, customer service has fallen to the side of quantity. As a matter of fact, if you didn't like the service you received the attitude is 'get out of line so we can serve the person behind you.' Our goal is not to remain 'small town' but as we do grow, customer service will take second to none and that's our attitude. If you don't have customer service, well then you don't have much!
