Joshua Ruby began building IT systems for friends and family, out of the garage in the eastern shore and Annapolis area. Josh then decided that he had an opportunity to help many other home and small businesses facing the challenge of finding great customer service and trustworthy IT guys at a fair price, at the time when you really need them. The first challenge was creating a presence of their own, and now focusing on delivering great customer service that is reliable and truly understands the needs of their clients.
